Stuttering after 0.4.0c has made this game unplayable

The game has been running extremely poorly since 0.4, but 0.4.0c somehow made it so much worse. There is at least 1 stutter every 45-60s that sometimes last up to 2-3s long. There is no rhyme or reason to it, I’ve tried every graphic setting, we’re currently playing on ultra performance on a fairly new Series X. Feels bad. I really want to love this game, but y’all are making it so difficult to hang around. Maybe I just need to wait until full release and ignore the EA hype cycle.
