Attack/action speed permanently slowed with no debuff [with video]

Gday,
Ive been getting this bug since 0.1 but it seems way worse this league. Originally it would only happen in the burning farm map but now it does not seem to matter what map. The bug: Action/attack speed will plummet with no debuff around. This will persist until i leave and reenter the map. Can confrm that slow effects seem to randomly persist after expiring.
Dying or leaving and reentering changes this. |
