Remove CD from Ritual Sacrifice

Ritual Sacrifice had no cooldown, now it magically has one even though never stated in any patch notes. This ascendancy already sees almost no play, please remove the cooldown. The quality of life on this skill is atrocious already, the animation is extremely long and often times it targets yourself rather than the mob you want to sacrifice, with a long 8s cooldown every time this happens you waste so much time it feels insanely annoying. Just remove the cooldown since it never even had one to begin with.
