Heavy Stuns still knock enemies away, punishing melee

The entire philosophy around heavy stuns is that it's something you should be rewarded for; pull it off and you get to go to town on the enemy for a few seconds. Melee, however, are forced to spend half of the heavy stun window running back into range after the stun tossed the monster half-way across the room.

Can you please fix this already? Why should ranged players arbitrarily see twice the value out of heavy stunning?
