Corrupted Nexus: Dying to boss prevents Nexus Boss spawn/Atlas Point reward (1057029897)

I encountered a bug where I did not receive Atlas Passive Points or quest progression after completing a Corrupted Nexus encounter. Despite having attempts remaining and successfully clearing the map, the reward trigger failed to occur.

Step-by-Step Reproduction:
Entered a Corrupted Nexus map using a Waystone with 4+ modifiers.

Cleared all rare monsters and most regular mobs from the map.

Engaged the Map Boss but died once during the fight.

Re-entered the map through a remaining portal and all remaining mobs including corrupted boss where cleansed.
