Hardcore Death Due to Bug – Request for Character Restoration

Hello,



I would like to report a Hardcore death caused by what appears to be a bug.



The area was fully reset while I was inside the Vaal Temple.

After completing the temple and exiting back to the area:

- the minimap was refreshed (fog of war reset)

- monsters had respawned

- the instance was clearly new



However, the barrel explosion timer did not reset.



While moving through the area toward the location where the explosion should have already occurred, the barrel exploded instantly without any countdown or warning, resulting in an immediate Hardcore death.



I fully understand the game mechanics and instance behavior — this was not a player mistake, but a technical issue.



Please check the logs for this incident.

I kindly ask you to review this case and restore my Hardcore character if possible.
