The Fate of the Vaal League Feedback

THE GOOD

During the campaign the league mechanic provided good items and crafting opportunities. The mechanic wasn't intuitive during my time with it the campaign but just slapping down rooms proved good enough.

Druid Wolf Form was fun to play but had a lot of buttons to push for the combinations that felt needed to get decent damage.

Act 1, Act 4 and the Interludes.

THE BAD

Druid Wolf companions were good for distracting monsters but that's all I got out of them; I didn't spec into minions.

The wolf melee attacks could sometimes not attack as if they are targeting a monster that is behind another monster that is out of range; This is the first time I really pushed into a melee build.

A way to modify the Vaal Ruin layout would be nice; I haven't interacted with it since the recent patch.

Not an quick and obvious way to see if a monster is Magic or Rare? Maybe I'm missing a visual clue. I don't know until I mouse over or there's a very noticeable effect on them.

The Market does not have a tool tip for the currency.

No campaign skip or short cut mechanics after first account campaign completion. It's not so bad going through the areas to level up but that lack of good conversation and in animation skips makes it more tedious.

In Act 3 having to go through the Gate to access the Stash, NPCs is awkward.

Not getting appropriate gear in the Campaign still feels bad. I got hard stuck in Chapter 2 without a good weapon, rings or gloves for a while. I finally got lucky with a pair of gloves that boosted my damage after farming for a while; I had expended all my resources in attempts to upgrade a weapon.

During the campaign, respawning monsters on death feels bad.

Trials are just ok. They feel more like a chore than an accomplishment.

The sound dialogue audio slider error messages of "out of mana" "no time for that" etc. could be separated from the NPC dialogue.

THE UGLY

I've gotten locked in Corruption Alter room with no way to continue in Atziri's Temple.

Intermittent complete game freezes. The game locks up and then shortly after I get the Gears on screen. After 15 to 30 seconds the game resumes.

Visual Clarity.

Slow loading times on game startup.

Slow loading times on area transitions.

Not many good conversation skips.

Not many good animation skips.
