Suggestion for Stun mechanic

i love the stun mechanic in poe2. i love that you can stun monsters and do it easily with enough investment.
however my suggestion is, when you stun a monster, could they NOT stagger backwards half a screen away? the stun duration is lacking, and there is extremely little areas to get more stun duration, and the knockback on stun is so severe you usually need to chase the monster after stunning them. this cuts into the time you're able to DPS a monster down during the stun window, because they just got blown away out of your attack range. its extremely frustrating and makes me not want to even use stun as a mechanic, but PIN instead. except there are many sources of increased/more damage against stun monsters - and they all go to waste when you can't hit the monsters after stunning them Last bumped on Dec 19, 2025, 10:56:53 AM
