Possible bug with Rogue exiles and Abysses

Hello, i think there is something wrong with the rogue exiles and abysses, it seems that the game counts both as different mechanics and it is trying to spawn them separately when the map is created. I had multiple times 3-4 exiles right next to abysses and they didnt turn into Abyssal lich.
Would be great, if you can look into it, thank you.

Make sure rogue exiles are green, happened to me a lot too during past league. Also some of them were disabled in abyss preventing them to resurrect as far as i remember, might be wrong about last statement and devs enabled them again.
Just make sure they are green.

Yeah i know, the problem is they are right on top of the abyss fissure with all other mobs been green, but there are not, which is almost impossible to happened multiple times one after another. That is why i think that 2 mechanics dont match properly.
