Last two points in boss atlas tree

Dear GGG Support Team,
I have completed Pinnacle quest, but did not received my last two points for atlas boss tree.
My quest log says I have completed Pinnacle of flame quest, but doryani not giing me points with book and Arbiter also didnt dropped that book.
Can you take a look?
