Horrible stutters after recent patch.

Hello,
after recent patch i am experiencing horrible stutters. Game was fine on 0.4 release (and before that), texture loading was an issue, but a minor to me. Later on there were improvements made, it did help greatly. But recent patch causes major hiccups.

Specs:
CPU - Core i7-12700F
GPU - nVidia RTX 3070; driver version - 581.15
RAM - 32GB/3200
