Waystone Tablet “Abyss” consumes no uses and spawns no Abyss event

I added a Waystone Tablet: Abyss to a map device. The tablet showed 10 uses remaining before entering the map.
After running the map, no Abyss event spawned at all, and when the map was completed, the tablet still had 10 uses remaining.

Expected Result:

An Abyss event should spawn in the map

OR at least one use of the Abyss Waystone Tablet should be consumed

Actual Result:

No Abyss event appeared on the map

The Waystone Tablet still shows 10 uses remaining after map completion

Reproduction Steps:

Add a Waystone Tablet: Abyss to the map device

Enter the map

Complete the map

Observe that no Abyss event spawns and the tablet usage does not decrease

Additional Notes:

Map was fully cleared

No Abyss-related UI or encounter appeared at any point
