'Prevented' damage has no tooltip. It's either bugged or works different from poe1

Here's a thread from A YEAR AGO thinking it's a bug that you can't block to prevent. Warbringer 20% taken doesn't work either, which is even harder to explain. You just added a Keystone related to this undefined mechanic. Last bumped on Dec 19, 2025, 3:31:59 PM
