Advancing Storm

Advancing storm support gem "bug"?
The gem states that the abilities origin from the player and move towards the selected location.

However they do not stop on the selected location, i'm not sure if thats intended or actually a bug because the gem description makes you believe the ability will stop moving when it reaches it's destination.
