Wyvern Bug! Not registering button inputs.

There is a bug on Wyvern where is does not register any ability inputs after dodging or being stunned out of flame breath. It makes it so I can't change forms use devour or any other skills, all I can do is dodge and use flasks. It is VERY frustrating. I have video if helpful idk how to attach it on here.
