Omen if Whittling rerolled my stat instead of removing it

I just used an Omen of Whittling and as I remember it should remove the lowest tier as described, or did I miss a change?
It just twice in a row rerolled my lowest tier modifier, instead of removing it. From T8 life to T5 Mana to T2 life. I really wanted to remove it to target a specific desecrate mod… Last bumped on Dec 19, 2025, 7:11:04 PM
