Problem with creating/deleting/accessing a character.

I've encountered an issue where I can't create a new character, delete an old one, or log into an old character. Currently, only one character created in the new season is working. When I try to do anything with the characters, there is an endless process of "connecting," "deleting," or "creating," after which I’m booted back to the main screen with the "Enter" button. I’ve tried clearing the cache and reinstalling, but nothing helped.
