Cast on ailment and Element evocation bug

I got this bug by deactiving all my spirt gems. Reactiving them or just socketing in my support gems. In other word just messing around with my spirt gems. Until I couldnt reactive the my Cast on ailment nor my element evocation. i have enough spirt btw. The errors is that i don't have a skill gem in there but i do. I found a fix for it which just swapping the the spirit gems with the exact ones (new Cast on ailment and Element evocation) but I already have my others ones at 20 quality and 5 gem sockets. Please fix this bug. Thank you.
