Kosis Simulacrum Bug

I've seen a few threads here with the same bug but you guys still can't fix it yet...? Kosis bugged when he teleport and went out of the arena/area in simulacrum and now the run is bricked. Lost a simu run because I can't hit him and he's disappeared with only his name showing.
