I found out that is the bug.
The Notable Passive Blessing of the Moon (8% increased Skill Effect duration per Enemy fronzen in the las 8 second , up to 40%) If i remove this the notable, the skill work just fine. plz fix this bug T_T Last edited by ubagutobr#1682 on Dec 19, 2025, 8:05:13 PM
