Companion Bug

So my wife could not summon any companions, AT ALL no matter the skill type.

She 100% had spirit required... We found a solution and it was her items.

We had to unequip everything, then the companion summoned. Then re-equip the items. Something to do with items (rare, no companion mods etc...) was blocking the ability to summon companions.

No idea what it was/is... but took us a few days to figure it out and google shows a lot of other people were having the issue and gave up.

Needs fixing

Narrowed the issue down to her bow, bows in general and not a specific bow. No companions can be summoned, unless she removes a bow and then puts it back on.

Same happened to me a few mins ago for the first time now at lvl 94.
Only thing which did change recently was getting the Mirage Deadeye skill from ascendency.
