Citadel fight stalls between phases

We had a mutual annihilation at the first attempt (2 portal remains). During the new fight Doryani's spider was in the middle (defeated position) and as soon as I got Doryani to half life again, it started the assembly animation and got stuck in mid air.
Cannot progress.
