Arctic Howl + Lightning Conversion Crash

When I use the following skills, supports, and items in conjunction my game crashes incredibly frequently.

Arctic Howl: corrupting cry/lightning pen/conc area/efficiency II
Pounce: Neural Overload/cool down recovery II/Voltaic Mark
Ferocious Roar: battering shout/raging cry/exposing cry

items
Whisper of the brotherhood sapphire ring
Kitoko's Current Jeweled Gloves

Game crashes once every pack basically. I can fight 1-2 mobs at a time by drawing them out, but 4 or more mobs hit by my skills at once causes a crash every time. I experience no crashes outside of combat, or using skills without mobs present with this setup.

When I remove the items (thereby removing the lightning conversion and electrocute) the crashes stop completely even when in combat.
