Shapeshifting bugs out Time of Need

Activate time of need -> shapeshift -> looks like it might be resetting the cooldown, but it also takes a while longer to trigger

Its not a shapeshift bug, it's a weapon-swap bug, and people have been posting about it all year. Also it isn't merely resetting the timer, it is ADDING to it. So if the tick is 10 seconds, and you weapon swap 3 times, the next tick will be in 30 seconds.
I don't know why GGG doesn't do anything about it. I've never seen it even be acknowledged in the 'known bugs' list, nor any patch notes. |
