Abyss cant close pit due to einhar's beastrite breaking it

I have einhar's beastrite in a swap set with thrill of the kill3, culling strike 2, rapid attacks 2.

If I swap to cull an abyss mob rare thats part of an over world pit, the pit never closes and acts as if the mob was never killed, this is preventing the pit from closing, depths spawning, or reward chest.
