Severe stuttering, rubberbanding and resolution scaling issues since 0.3 (RX 6600)

Since patch 0.3, I’m experiencing severe performance issues that make the game nearly unplayable. Symptoms: Heavy stutters when using skills, even in hideout and early maps Client freezes for a moment, then character rubberbands to a different position After a stutter, the image appears to compress/expand as if the game is changing resolution or scaling This happens consistently during combat This did NOT happen in patches 0.1 and 0.2. System specs: GPU: AMD RX 6600 CPU: Intel i5 12th gen OS: Windows 10/11 (adjust if needed) What I tried: Cleared ShaderCache (Vulkan and DX12) Tested Vulkan and DirectX 12 Forced DX12 via config file Disabled overlays and background apps Tested fullscreen exclusive Lowered graphics settings Result: Issue persists. Vulkan is significantly worse, DX12 slightly better but still problematic. Expected result: Stable gameplay without severe stutter, rubberbanding or resolution scaling issues. Actual result: Frequent freezes, teleporting/rubberbanding and visual scaling bugs during gameplay. Thanks for looking into this. Last bumped on Dec 20, 2025, 8:48:53 AM
