Stuck in Azmadi, the Faridun Prince's room.

So, the fight started, I started damaging him and for some reason, he went back to his platform and doesn't move anymore.
I can't portal out of the room or leave the room because it's a boss fight, so I'm basically stuck in this room forever.
I've tried logging out of the game, it doesn't change anything, I'm in the room, I can't leave it. This is by far the hardest boss fight ever. 😁
