Warcry + Weapon sets

Hey it is normal that when I change from Set 2 (Buff duration passives on this one) to Set 1 (DMG) if I used Warcry with Set 2, it expires when I change to Set 1, but if I do this with other buffs, like ferocity, or walking calamity this doesn't happens, only happens with Warcry.
