Auras not working when set for both weapon sets

I'm playing a Poinsonburst Arrow Pathfinder using Winddancer, Withering Presence and Plague Herald. When I set it up, everything worked. But then I swapped to a new body armor without +30 to Spirit and the Auras didn't work anymore. So I switched back to my old Armor, but now the Auras tell me they can't work with my current weapon set. When I set the Auras only for Set 1 they work again.

In Set 1 I have my Bow and Quiver, Set 2 is empty.
