consistant crashing on xbox

for context. my character is a plant druid. every 10-20 minutes of using entangle/trashing vines, the game will crash to home screen. odds of crashing increase if I'm in chaos or sekemah trials. attempted to change display settings as a last resort, but no changes seem to help.

prior to last of the druids, I haven't had any crashing concerns. not sure if it's the spell's fault or the high amounts of particles at one time.

Update: I’ve more or less pinpointed the cause of the crashes from what I’ve observed. It seems to be an integrity issue when too many spells or effects are happening at once. A major culprit was combining Living Lightning with Thunderstorm. After removing the support skill from the spell, I haven’t experienced any disconnections since making the post. I also completely removed poison spores from the plants, which has further improved stability.
