Certain Enemy Visuals Not Appearing

After 0.4.0c certain mob visuals for me are not working. Any rare that has temporal bubble or the druid boss stone throw does not show up on the screen at all but the effect is present (i.e. getting hit by the stone).

There probably is other things too but since I cant see them it is hard to tell.
