Character stuck in loading screen, couldnt solve it myself!

Hi,

my Character got stuck and i cant login to it.

i play on ps5 and tried a different server and run around with another character. i think thats all what i can try myself from what i found on the internet.

in case there is some info needed:

i got stuck on my pathfinder in the fate of the vaal league.
i play on ps5
