Ritual Sacrifice bug disabling character attacks

I've been using ritual sacrifice for while now, its nice to have a constant 20 rare modifiers on. Sometimes when doing ritual sacrifice, corpse disappears in the middle of the action animation, and after that the character is unable to attack for approximately 10-20sec, and keeps facing as it was during the ritual sacrifice action while moving. Weapon and buckler disappears from characters hands, and dodge rolling reappears them, but attacking is still disabled for a while.
