Never mind it was my mistake

the support Accelerated Growth II says in it's base tooltip under the tab Accelerated Growth II

Deals 4 to 6 Physical Damage
Blind enemies on Hit
Explosion radius is 1.8 metres
Explosion occurs after 1.2 seconds

I have yet to see it actually blind anything

(edit ignore this, i had Blindside also linked, and it makes the skill not blind)
