Vaal Temple Spymaster 2 (completed upon entry)

2nd time I enter this room and it's empty of enemies or rewards and is "completed" upon entry.

Do you have another Spymaster in the temple? This happened to me too, but I think it's the "assassinate other spymasters to level up" mechanic they have. When I put a second spymaster down and ran the temple, the new one was empty and the other went to level II the run after that.
I do think GGG should put in way more in-game explanation of temple interactions. |
