Crown of eyes and Sigil of Power not working

Sigil of Power - Buff grants 14% more Spell Damage per stage.
Crown of eyes - Increases and Reductions to Spell damage also apply to Attacks. I see no increase in attack damage when I get this buff. Last bumped on Dec 20, 2025, 6:03:37 PM

This is intended. More is not the same as increased. Only increases/decreases will work. It was this way in POE 1 as well IIRC.
