Died during Sekhema Trial

I was doing a timed trial and I died with 45 sec on timer. The game wouldn't let me revive. I let the timer run down and I'm still dead on the floor unable to do anything except restart the game. And it tells me in the quest window that the trial is complete. Pretty big bug I think.

I'm editing this to report another bug. I went back to trial of Sekhema as I am trying to get my third ascendency. I am in the first room, get hit by a fireball from a mob and I die. My honour is sitting at 3,397/3775 and it says that I am in Room 2 of the Test of Strength. I literally just started this trial. WTF???
