Spirit skills not working

Wind dancer is bugging whem i deactivate it to testing stuff, and is no longer turning on, its saying that i required a martial weapon to use it, but i use a spear so???.

Also, blasphemy is no apliyng to high tier maps for some reason, i tested in campaing and low tier maps and its working.

Curse gems need to be leveled up to affect higher level enemies.
