Wolf pack / tecrod's revenge interaction

Wolves can die without triggering tecrods revenge

My current setup of skill gem states 6 wolves but sometimes only 4 respawn and i have to disable and re-enable aura to respawn full 6. In case of not respwaning there is no buff that appears when permanent minions die, i did try waiting they just dont respawn.

this might be caused by keystone Trusted kinship? because im also using tame beast gem - if needed ill provide PoB i guess?
