Atziri fight unable to damage but mechanics continue

Spent 5 days working up to Aztiri in the temple. Did a lot of damage to her, got her to 20% in the second phase very quickly and then she just froze and the blood area mechanics just continued for 10 minutes and i couldnt hit the boss. what a waste of my time. couldnt even teleport out or log out to avoid losing 30 minutes of XP. literally 5 days of build up just to be forced to lose 5% of my XP due to a bug. what a joke
