Whirling Assault does not have a Physical tag

The physical Quarterstaff skill, Whirling Assault, does not have the physical tag it very obviously needs because it is a physical skill. This is clearly either a bug or an oversight, there is no reason for it to not be tagged as a physical skill.

This bug is rather severe for dealing dps, because things such as +skill levels to physical skills doesn't work on it.

Physical Mastery support can't even be socketed into it.
