Xotolan the high priest becomes invulnerable upon defeating him

Happens in Vaal Temple Arsenal Room. He sinks into a pool of slowing and damaging blood and stays there perpetually with zero hitpoints and energy shields restored. You can still attack him but everything you do to him is inert. The room lockdown does not relent and I had to use portal to exit the room. The high priest remains in this state even after re-entering room or logging back to character select.
