Lock on on PCs + no reload

When using a crossbow there is a lock-on, aiming in the middle of a monster making it impossible to aim to shoot in a line.

Repro : use shoot crossbow skill by clicking on a mob with a mouse. Hold mouse button, but move currsor anywhere else. That way, character will keep shooting in the middle of a mob, regardless of currsor position. Overmore, when using a skill that is also a reload eg. High Velocity Rounds instead, holding LMB will result in no action when clip is empty.
