Siphoning strike is not building combo.

Combo is gained by successfully striking enemies.
Siphoning 'strike', a strike attack skill does not generate any combo points and there is no text to say that it cannot gain combo.

Putting this here in the bugged section in case this is a bug or just lacking information.
