Demonic Fabrications Pet doesn't load properly after logout

The "Demonic Fabrications Pet" (and I assume the Toxic variant as well) is unique in that it takes up 2 pet slots for a single pet skin. I had it equipped and used it yesterday without any issues - it looks awesome!

On logging in today, I noticed that only one of the two pets actually loads. I tried going to different areas etc., but still only the first of the two pets would load.

There's a simple workaround, which is to unequip and re-equip the pet to the pet slot, and both pets appear normally from that point forward.
