Boss disappeared in floor during Atziri's Temple/Vaal ruins - softlocking temple

Golden forge room, had 2 bosses spawn, one of them was "Zochama, High Priest" - this boss 'burrowed' under the floor and then did not re-amerge, leaving to character select did not work, unable to leave the temple and go back in due to how it works.
The enemy is still counted as within my presence as it is affected by exposure that I have from shaman ascendancy.

Respawning at checkpoint worked to get me out the room but the problem persisted on re-entering

Just had the same thing happen with Zochama in the Shrine of Empowerment room. And I can't get out of the room without dying, which happens if I get too close to the door he is near. This is the second time this has happened, first one door then the other. So I think maybe he is getting stuck in the door/doorway?

Same thing happened to me 3 times so far its so frustrating

Similar situation, for "Xotolan, High Priest". (S)he seems trapped in the ground and there is a continuous stream of volcano explosions. I can "fight" him in the sense that his health bar comes up, but he doesn't take any damage. The volcano *is* damaging to me though.
