POE2 - character stuck after Vall Ruins mobs killed

POE2 - During campaign playthrough

Character gets stuck (cannot move or do any actions) after Vaal Ruin mobs are killed on the Map where the Vaal circle is.

PS> The same issue has happened multiple times on different maps.
PS2> The only workaround is to respawn at the checkpoint.
