Spectres missing tooltip

Doryani's elite lightning variant doesn't have any attack/spell tooltips and also has the same name as the fire variant.
The cold variant of the quill crab also has no attack tooltips.

This happens regardless of whether or not the minion is actually summoned and the skill gem also doesn't have any damage info

The only tab on the skills is the main tab without any others.
