One shot at the Architect?

You get 6 deaths in the Vaal temple, but when facing the architect, you can die only once, then the temple is closed off. WFT? So far, I've faced him twice, died to his first attack, and now have to run 6 more maps to try to remember to get out of the ice circle he opens with? I assume this is the same with Atziri, if I ever get to her. BS.

Took me 3 tries to finally beat him.

He doesn't always start with the Ice AoE. He has different skill sets each time I think and some can one shot if u're kinda squishy.
It's honestly a pretty stupid fight if u're melee.
