Huntress or Whirling Slash stuck on Vaal Beacon

In the zones, so far, Grelwood and Clearfell: While playing Huntress using the Whirling Slash ability (no support gems) after defeating the monsters on top of the Vaal Beacon, while standing on the platform, the character is stuck. Whirling Slash whirlwind does not go away. No inputs do anything, and character can not move at all. Only respawning at checkpoint clears the issue.
